The Pairist is dedicated to working with craft cannabis farmers located in the Emerald Triangle. We believe in showcasing our farm partners with transparency so you can get to know your farmer and see how your cannabis is being grown. Many of our partners are legacy operators who have multi-generational roots growing cannabis and helped build California’s reputation as a cannabis capital.

With the entrance of large-scale corporate cultivation operations, many small farmers are losing their place in an industry they helped create. By choosing to buy from craft farms, you can help support independent farmers and keep them doing their life’s work!

WHY CRAFT CANNABIS?

  • Sustainability - we select our farm partners based on those who have sustainable and regenerative farming practices, meaning they farm in a way that builds up the environment rather than taking away. Sun-grown cannabis is much less resource intensive compared to indoor cultivation using grow lights.

  • Full Spectrum Terpenes - another benefit is that sun-grown cannabis flower tends to have a more robust expression of it’s terpene profile (terpenes give each strain its distinct smell and effects). Full spectrum light = full spectrum terpenes!

  • Unique genetics - legacy farmers have been breeding their own genetics and have created strains that are entirely unique to their farm.
